Ms. Nava can help you get in touch with interested members of the UTB Raul J. Guerra Early Childhood Center who are willing to provide child care services during the conference. It will be entirely up to the participants to interview the candidate and negotiate remuneration. The GWDAW LOC will arrange for a child friendly room near the conference hall equipped with audio-visual gadgets, children's videos and toys and will provide snack and meals to the care provider along with the other participants. GWDAW LOC however will assume no responsibility for the actual child care service provided.
